Every account starts free. Upgrade from your account page whenever you are ready - Pro and Team start with a 14-day free trial (card required, one per account). Payments are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
Who charges you
Paid plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle runs the checkout, issues your receipt, and is the name that shows up on your card statement - not YoPingMe. Checkout happens on your account page in the app, because a subscription has to attach to an account that already exists.
The trial, stated honestly
Pro and Team each start with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to begin it, and cancelling before day 14 means you are never charged.
One trial per account, ever. If you have already used yours, starting a paid plan again charges you immediately rather than opening a second trial. We would rather say that here than let you find it out on the receipt.
Changing plan
Moving between Pro and Team is a support request today, not a button. Paddle's customer portal can update your card and cancel your subscription, but it cannot switch you between plans - so emailsupport@yoping.me and we will do it. Self-serve plan changes are on the coming-soon list on the homepage, and they are not built yet.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel any time from the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipt. Beyond the trial there is a 14-day refund window after any charge; therefund policy has the details and theterms cover everything else.
What every plan includes
The check types are the same on all three: HTTP, keyword, SSL, ping, and TCP. So is the alerting - email, webhook, and Slack - and so is the rule that a failure is confirmed from a second region before anyone is paged. Raw history is 30 days on every plan, including paid ones; what paid plans extend is uptime history over theMCP server, not raw retention.
