Refund policy

Paid YoPingMe plans are sold through Paddle, our merchant of record - Paddle runs the checkout, issues the receipts, and is the name on your card statement. This page is how refunds work; the terms cover everything else.

The trial comes first

Pro and Team start with a 14-day free trial (card required). Cancel any time during the trial and you're never charged. One trial per account.

If you're charged and it's not working out

Email support@yoping.me within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it - the most recent monthly or annual payment, no interrogation. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Paddle and typically land within 5-10 business days.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Account page. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then drops to Free. No partial-period refunds beyond the 14-day window above.

Costs $0 - nothing to refund.
